About this ebook
Being a vegetarian is comfortable, enjoyable, and healthy; gently slip out of your laziness, habit, conditioning, and vice and enter your world of dignity, ethics, and integrity. All we need is already here, present, and infinitely available both as information and as a tangible element to taste, digest, and use, and it's so simple that a small book like this is enough to acquire all the knowledge necessary for transformation. Because being a vegetarian is not just a matter of only eating vegetables; those are herbivores. To keep ourselves in excellent health and physical shape, we need something more; we need proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, and consciousness. Apart from the last one, all of these nutrients are abundantly supplied to us by the plant kingdom. The last element, consciousness, which may seem of minor importance because we do not eat, is the most fundamental of all, and no one gives it to us! We have to cultivate it, feed it, and put it into practice to be human; otherwise, we are simply carnivores, like cats and reptiles, or omnivores, like pigs and crows, or herbivores, like sheep and cattle. We, however, are human beings and have consciousness. Vegetarian cuisine is health, vitality, harmony, longevity, ethics, responsibility, integrity, dignity, joy, satisfaction, tranquility, and much more to discover together, such as learning how to prepare noble proteins at super low cost and 0 fat, 0 cholesterol, 0 acids, 0 adrenaline, 0 km, 0 violence, and just a high protein content!!!

Hi, from Andrea Scarsi. I consider myself a master of silence and chaos and define as a mystic, writer, musician, and healer when I use my works to share a dimension of being and lifestyle based on meditation and communion with the absolute — a lifestyle missing nothing since I honor everything divine. My guide is the spiritual master Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, now known as Osho, who gives me the name of Swami Prem Sandesh, Love Message, and find myself a vegetarian.Through the years, I keep studying, practicing, and deepening various techniques for awakening consciousness, energy balancing, and personal evolution, leading to leading groups, conferences, and singing mantra.I love traveling and remained for long periods in India and Buddhist Southeast Asia: Japan, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Lao, and Tibet. I adore exploring local cultures, both meeting people and in the form of their rituals and religious practices applied to everyday life.Doctor of Metaphysical Science, Holistic Life Coach, Reiki Grand Master, Master of Crystals, Shamanism, Meditation, Massage, and Happiness, I write on spirituality and different subjects dear to my heart.
