About this ebook

This manuscript is a deepening of my earlier introduced writing on human suffering, "The Train of Thought". This continuation tries to recollect and interpret ancient texts, by keeping the focus on the patterns written therein, instead of on focusing in what makes them differ from each other. Because of the fact that these texts have been written and rewritten through history and many of the information has been lost in the process, the author intents to maintain an unconditioned view. The mentioned analysis is based on both the own cautious observations and the own personal experiences with suffering, as on the gathered knowledge (both empirical and professional) on this endless subject about conciseness and existence.

This writing does not intend to implement any absolute truths, but it rather attempts to revoke parts of the already recorded knowledge, and therefore to contribute to the solving of the current doubts of the XXI century in relation to this matter. So, see it perchance, as another piece to the puzzle on the questions about existence and human suffering discussed from generation to generation, recollected and reanalyzed from a curious and self-forgetful perspective. One could thus see this book as a product of an inductive understanding of life, with the help of a few of the numberless teachings and experiences in relation to this matter. Many chosen concepts in this writing incline towards the Indo-European roots Sanskrit and Pãli, since in these are dated to be recorder the oldest transcriptions. Some other teachings point us towards concepts belonging to the italic branch Latin, and the remaining ones, to the (traditional) Chinese and Japanese languages. Hence, that the discussed subjects are supported by these.

The studying of ancient languages and relating these to its possible connotations, is an intrinsic interest of the author. This making it a bit more accessible for him to interpret transcriptions. Moreover, is the understanding of the teachings complemented with the knowledge gathered from the personal interest, practice and understanding of the martial arts. Nevertheless, is as I said before, the in this text discussed information not meant to implement any absolute truths, but it rather aims towards making a recompilation of a few of the many spiritual teachings, spread separately throughout human history.

Mushin Ru

Mushin Ru is a concept that embodies the principles of mind, body, and soul, representing a state of being that transcends boundaries and unifies all aspects of existence. It is rooted in the understanding of the interconnectedness of all things and the recognition that the universe is a vast, interconnected web of energy. The name "Mushin Ru" comes from the words "Mu," "Shin," and "Ru," which have origins in ancient teachings and traditions from various cultures and religions. "Mu" represents the state of mind that is free from attachments and limitations, "Shin" embodies the understanding of the mind as a primary source of energy and flow, and "Ru" represents the path of discipline, dedication, and mastery. Mushin Ru is a path of self-realization and self-mastery that fosters unity, harmony, and respect for oneself, others, and the universe. It is a journey of aligning mind, body, and soul to transcend limitations and cultivate a state of flow and unity with the cosmos, guided by pure intentions and aligned with universal laws.
