When we pray, and when we truly pray from the heart, we do so with our soul, and we are able to influence and even create changes in the spiritual realm, which can then affect and produce changes in the physical world.       A little too "Christ-y" for my taste, but I found many truths in between. All in all, it was a decent read, and I feel that many Pagans can find some tips to use while praying to their God/dess. It was said in this book that it's best to pray to Jesus, since other Gods require full ritual for prayer and he does not, but that is not the case. I am a Hekatean Priestess, and I find myself in a more "casual" prayer with my Goddess many times throughout the day. I do appreciate Jesus as an ascended master, but this book is a little too one-sided for me.
