2. ❑ Backdrop: Why I wrote this manual ❑
I wrote this manual because I discovered a secret. It is my belief, and thus my experience, and therefore my conclusion that it is not necessary for my sexual endurance and interest to decline as I spend more years on the planet, and that:
Perfect health, long life and eternal youth are not the random genetic blessings of a chaotic or capricious universe, but natural birthrights that can be accessed through the mindful acceptance of simple truths, activated by the committed practice of proven activities, and sustained by advancement along a single known path. This is that path.

As a result of the things I've learned and currently practice, my erections are stronger now than when in I was in college. I can perform
