    First-ever ELR event in Pakistan

    Back in December 2019, a pioneering new event was conducted in the beautiful landscape of the Cholistan Desert in winter, which is in a remote corner of Pakistan. This event, the first of its kind in Pakistan, was the first-ever open shooting championship featuring Extreme Long Range (ELR) matches out to 1 500 m. The 2nd Muhammad Ali Jinnah Open Shooting Championship (MAJOSC) 2019 was held from 5 to 18 December 2019, setting a precedent in sports-shooting in Pakistan.
