Some say organisation is key, others find creativity in the chaos... I love the idea of a well-organised sewing room and, one day, I really do plan on having one, but right now it doesn’t seem possible…

I have the sewing room, I have lots of storage, I even have all the tips and tricks (as you’ll soon discover when you read on). The problem here is I also have ‘me’, and I’m very messy, especially in my creative space. I wish I could show you my current sewing room, but I think it would cause too much distress and I daren’t risk it. Luckily, I have some exceedingly tidy friends, Sarah Ashford and Tori Smith, who sew in delightful spaces and have generously agreed to share some of their ideas and beautiful sewing room
