2 cups cabbage, shredded
¼ cup onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1-inch ginger
¼ cup carrots, chopped
½ pound ground Pork
1 tbsp roasted sesame oil
1 pkg gyoza wrappers(30 wraps)
¼ cup of water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped carrot, ground pork until well incorporated.
Place a wrap in your palm, put a tbsp of the mixture onto the wrap, wet the edges of the wrap with a moistened finger then fold to the other half and make 3-4 pleats and press the edges to seal completely.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the gyoza to the skillet in a single layer and cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes or until golden browned.
Pour in the water and cover the pan to steam the gyoza for about 3-4 minutes, add some oil to the skillet and cook until golden browned.
Whisk together the vinegar and soy sauce and enjoy the gyoza.

4 oz shiitake mushrooms
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 (5.6-oz) packages refrigerated Yaki-Soba
3 cups baby spinach
