    MARVELLOUS MERINGUES

    Warm Pavlovas with Strawberry Vanilla Sauce

    Serves 6, Prep and Cook: 75 mins

    3 egg whites, at room temperature
    ¾ cup caster sugar
    1 tsp cornflour
    1tsp white vinegar
    Whipped cream, to serve Baby mint leaves, to decorate

    STRAWBERRY VANILLA SAUCE

    250g punnet strawberries, hulled, halved
    ½ cup caster sugar
    2 tsps vanilla bean paste

    1 Trace six 10cm circles onto a sheet of baking paper. Place trace-side down on a large greased oven tray.
