    Keto smoked salmon and avocado plate

    Ingredients

    15 oz. smoked salmon

    4 avocados

    1 cup mayonnaise

    salt and pepper

    Directions

    Step 1: Divide the avocado in half, remove the pit, and use a spoon to scoop out avocado pieces. Put on a serving plate.

    Step 2: Place salmon and a hearty dollop of mayonnaise to the serving plate.

    Step 3: Add freshly ground black pepper on top and a sprinkle of sea salt.

    Keto coconut salmon with Napa cabbage

    Cooking Time: 30 m

    Servings: 3

    Ingredients

    1 lb salmon

    3/4 tbsp olive oil

    1½ oz. unsweetened finely shredded coconut

    3/4 tsp turmeric

    3/4 tsp kosher or ground sea salt

    2/5 tsp onion powder

    3 tbsp olive oil, for frying

    1 lb Napa cabbage

    3 oz. butter

    salt and pepper

    lemon, for serving

    Directions

    Step 1: Slice the salmon in 1 x 1 inch pieces. Drizzle over with olive or coconut oil.

    Step 2: Combine onion powder, turmeric, salt, and shredded coconut on a plate. Toss the salmon in the coconut coating.

    Step 3: Over medium-high heat, fry the salmon until golden brown. While you prepare the cabbage, keep the salmon warm.
