Kalmbach, Ph.D., a researcher at the Sleep and Circadian Research Laboratory at the University of Michigan Medical School in the US. Good sleep is important for mood, concentration, memory, and energy, along with sexual desire and arousal, adds Kalmbach. “The important thing is to schedule your evening so you have enough time to get sufficient sleep.”
