1 THE MEANING OF LIFE

As Covid-19 forced us indoors, it became obvious that very few of us are slowing down. This is sparking people to refocus their lives and aim for more balance. Start by prioritising yourself (see page 88). And make time for things you love – including time in nature – and sleep and exercise. As you allow more ‘me-time’, you will get happier and healthier.
