    Masterbuilt Smoker

Have you ever dreamed of owning a dragon? It would be a powerful being, with metal skin and fire in its belly, and it would obey your every command. Now your dream can come true, with the Masterbuilt Smoker that smokes all types of meat, adding delicious woody flavors and aromas to your cuts of meat. From hamburger patties to turkey legs, never again settle for the bland pedestrian flavors that plague the fast food joints. Your smoked meat will have all the flavor and it will be all yours to savor.

Can I use Masterbuilt Smoker indoors?

No, absolutely not. Masterbuilt Smoker is meant to be used exclusively outdoors. We understand you might not enjoy the way the winter cold saps the color from your face and the sensation from your fingers. We also realize there are many ways to technically avoid this restriction by putting the Masterbuilt Smoker in a garage or under an overhang. You’ll feel you’ve outwitted an instruction manual and get all the benefits of both outdoors and indoors while staying at least a bit warmer than in the biting cold. The main problem is fire, a destructive force that doesn’t care about technicalities.

When you have the combination of charcoal, gas, wood, and flame, there’s a small chance everything can go terribly wrong in a split second. If it does, you don’t want it anywhere near your garage or house. The ideal location for a Masterbuilt Smoker is at least 10 feet away from any combustibles, such as hay, grass, timber and so on. The ground surface should be solid, even, flat and either rock, dirt or pavement. If things get out of hand, just move away and call the fire department. Don’t try to splash water over a grease fire, as it can produce a super-hot fireball.

    What is carbon monoxide?

When we talk about gasses, we can’t go without mentioning oxygen. It’s an odorless, colorless and tasteless beneficial gas that’s all around us and makes life possible. Then, we have methane, which is a pungent, colorless and generally tasteless gas that briefly makes life and the one who produced it repugnant. Finally, we have carbon monoxide, an odorless, colorless and tasteless gas that is toxic and makes life short.

Carbon monoxide comes about as a result of fires, especially smoldering ones. You can’t notice carbon monoxide in any way, and yet it poisons you over time, inducing symptoms such as chest pain, vomiting, and headache. It’s eerily similar to having the flu, catching its victims off guard and making them lie down to catch their breath, which is when this vicious gas finishes them off.

Carbon monoxide buildup is another great reason why you should never even consider using the Masterbuilt Smoker indoors. In all cases, you want the best ventilation possible, preferably by keeping the unit out in the open, away from all windows and vents that can let the carbon monoxide seep in. After that, you can sleep safely, dreaming about the tasty smoked meat you’re going to get from your Masterbuilt Smoker.

    What can Masterbuilt Smoker do?

If you have to ask this question, you’re about to enter a whole new universe of tastes and aromas. The meat cuts, wood chips, charcoal lumps, water droplets, and heat will come together in a symphony of excitement, with you as the maestro. The end result is a morsel of beauty for all senses. Delicious fish, poultry, beef, game, and pork can be smoked in a virtually infinite number of ways, making them just a part of a bigger recipe that you will have created from scratch.

One example is smoked trout, which uses 4-6 trout filets with apple, hickory or alder chips. First, make a marinade by mixing 2 cups of water, garlic salt and regular salt to taste, lemon pepper, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and dill seed. Note how there are no quantities given; you are your own creator of tastes. Place the filets in the marinade and let sit in a refrigerator until the next day.
