Scientific and personal experience confirms that mindfulness meditation is an excellent way to get in touch with your zen. How does meditation and reflection work to create zen?
"Care reflection presents to every one of us sorts of advantages. It decreases our pressure and uneasiness, improves our consideration, lessens meddlesome circling musings (those that we would prefer not to cause us to feel lacking and don't leave rapidly). It is a procedure that is successful for the treatment of uneasiness, sorrow and a few sorts of fears, (for example, agoraphobia). Likewise, with training, we will quit relating to our musings and sentiments, and we will see them all the more equitably. We are not our contemplations, nor are we answerable for what we think, yet for what we do."
What is mindfulness meditation and its long-term goal? The book seeks to answer how exactly we can create an inner oasis from the stress of the everyday. The basis of the meditation is to practice awareness and watch how the mind contemplates for peace. Using the breath to create more inner peace.
"Thoughts arise in mind and sensations occur in the body, but rather than getting caught up in these distractions, and the idea is simply to observe them, not to comment, and to return to the subject of meditation. Over time it is possible to become a passive observer of all the feelings and sensations that come and go—without getting attached to them—which creates a calm acceptance of the way things are."

INTRODUCTION
The mind is one of the most powerful tools that the human being has. Depending on how our brain works, we can enjoy a more or less full life. ... With this mental power, we will be able to control our thoughts better and enjoy the life we have always wanted to have.
Our mind is the manager of the functioning of all our internal mechanisms, that is, of the operation of our organs, even the most automatic and intuitive. Therefore, if the ability to direct, manage, coordinate and make our whole bodywork resides in it, it has a lot to do for our health.
A new idea or sensation stretches the mind, and never shrinks back to its old dimensions.

The key is to master your thoughts. Let's see, reflect: do you let your brain and your thoughts dominate you? Or do you rather use the power of the mind to dominate your thoughts? You must always remember this that the manifestations of the body accompany thought.
You know, you decide because this is exactly one of the aspects that makes the difference between mental health and illness. Here is Descartes' famous quote: I think, therefore I am.
The truth is that we can do everything our mind can imagine since we only use 1% of our mental capacity. Some people learn to optimize their mind to the fullest.
A good observer will know that a sick person can recover faster if he has positive thinking. Conversely, someone who is dominated by negative thoughts takes much longer to recover and, in some cases, their weakness or condition worsens. As Bob Marley said, "No one but
