I’ve been giving fashion advice for over 20 years but I’m feeling the pain as much as the next woman when it comes to getting dressed in the morning at the moment.
The first week of isolation followed the same pattern. Wake up, walk to wardrobe, stare at clothes, close wardrobe, pick up yesterday’s jogging bottoms off the floor, put them on. Job done.
But week two was more complicated. I had a video call to navigate and a Zoom chat with my friends. Suddenly my favourite hoody didn’t feel quite so appealing. But on it went regardless, and I chose to ignore the quizzical looks I received from others as to why I wasn’t on top of
