How Vegan Foods To Make You Curvy
The concentration of plant protein and fat in vegan foods go a long way to help you get curvy. Foods that are nutritionally dense in calories will typically take up more space in your vegan pantry once you have decided to go vegan for your curves. Foods like nuts, seeds, fruits, oils and butter made from these seeds and nuts can be used to prepare meals that will help you get fat. These are healthy fats sources that can help you later when you want to hit the gym; the reason being that you will need the fat to convert into healthy muscles in your lower body. First, you identify your body type; then you have to start eating for it. If you have an ectomorphic (skinny) shape, you'd likely be consuming a lot of fat and healthy amounts of plant protein and carbs to achieve that hourglass shape. For mesomorph and endomorph body types, you will need to switch to vegan foods and start exercising to do away with saturated fat in your body. Endomorphic body types do not need so much carbohydrate as the other two body
