One said celebrity who shook the world with her amazing transformation was singer and pop music megastar Adele, who famously lost over forty pounds on this diet. And while she did solicit the help of a personal trainer, she has stated that the diet has been the biggest reason for her weight loss.
And it honestly makes a lot of sense because when it comes to losing weight the science is pretty clear. While exercise does play a major role in your being able to lose weight, the most important factor in weight loss is always going to be diet.
Something that is also very important to mention is that those forty pounds that she lost were lost in a year. This is important because that is a healthy and sustainable amount of time to lose weight.
