About this ebook
The Jamaican traditional oven is a compilation
of our fourth parents blending and baking.
These recipes are traditional values, but some
have been modified by the new generations,

Most of our ingredients came from even the earliest
inhabitants of the island; the Arawaks, Spaniards and other trespassers
who had left us some of the tastiest we now called our own.

Acknowledgement
Thank you mother for hiding your recipe book
so I was able to steal a look
but
tell me something ma'am
"Why your potato pudding always
taste better than mine?"
George, remember that cake I baked with a full bottle
of browning sauce and it was bitter as hell
and you told me one day
baking will be
my hobby, one day is here!
Thank you bro!
