130+ Homemade Salad Dressings Delicious and Healthy Salad Dressing & Vinaigrette recipes - May Hatfield

    Dressing

    INTRODUCTION

Salad is an important course of our everyday meal. What is a salad without a dressing? Dressing makes your salad enjoyable, increasing its appeal and value. Behind every great salad stands an even greater dressing.

Making your salad dressing does not entail a complex process. It is easier to make and does not require lengthy profile of ingredients. So why buy from the stores what you can easily whip up in a few minutes?

Homemade salad dressing is a better option. It is less expensive and healthier. What can be better than the dressing you made by yourself. You choose the ingredient that goes into the making, and rightly decide the amount per ingredient.

When you make your salad dressing, you invariably keep at bay all the high calories, unhealthy saturated fat, sodium and hidden sugar we find in bottled salad dressings.

Homemade salad dressings come with no preservatives, stabilizers, and artificial flavors.

That gives everyone the opportunity to enjoy a healthier, budget-friendly meal.
