Afterthoughts
Introduction
Pho is an essential component to Vietnamese culture, to the point that most Vietnamese people often refer to it as if they were in a romantic relationship with it. It is often made for a special occasion as many Vietnamese recommend not consuming it on a daily basis. Pho is a relatively new dish despite the Vietnamese culture being around for well over 3,500 years. Without knowing exactly how the dish was created, the end result was a dish that was served by many street venders and soon became highly popular around the world.
If you have tried pho for yourself and have always wanted to learn how to make it for yourself, then this is the perfect cookbook for you. Inside of this book you will learn how to make authentic pho dishes, but you will learn how to do so as it was done years ago. You will learn how to make these dishes in as little of a complicated process as possible, and you will learn how to make these dishes to impress your friends and family.

Place a medium pot over high heat. Add in the canola oil and once the oil is hot enough add in the onion halves, stick of cinnamon and peeled ginger. Stir to mix and cook for 3 minutes.
