    I have been so happy with the Keto diet that this book is a great plus for new recipes and a plus is the suggested shopping list. I have lost 8# in the first week and while it's slowed down a bit, the loss is daily. I LOVE Keto!!!!! Book was nice intro to keto. Very informative without droning on. The recipes looked appetizing and easy to make. Can't wait to try a few.

    We’ve been using this cook book for about a week (following the meal plans and shopping lists included inside, so helpful!) and so far we are really enjoying the diet, even the foods we wouldn’t normally eat have been tasty! Pictures is lamb topped with sun-dried tomato pesto with cauliflower mash and it was a hit at our house, even with the kid!

    This book had high ratings so i purchased it from the Goodwill of Central Florida. I also live in Florida. Everything has been closed so long that i forgot i ordered it. I just wanted The Goodwill to know that eventhough the book is used, it looks brand new and im very happy with my purchase from you. Looking forward to getting rid of some of this almost 50 stomach i have. Thank you!

    Awesome book. The beginning in all the recipes is helpful as well. I am a person with pretty extensive Keto knowledge. Bought this as a gift for a beginner and very pleased with the layout of getting started with this diet. Pretty good beginner recipes also.

    This is a great book. We have tried all recipes for Week 1 and 2 and they are really delicious. Just 1 item (coconut almond pop) that was not tasty. This book is better than I expected. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in following the KETO diet. It is worth them money unlike other KETO books. Give used book sellers the business, they are worth the time.
