- 4 small vaulting boxes

- ball box with sufficient number of handballs
TU 28-1 Warm-up/Stretching (10/10)
Course:
- Each player has a handball.
- The players crisscross the field and make different running moves (forward, backward, sidestepping, hopping) while dribbling their ball.
- After about one minute, the coach gives the sign for the players to do the respective task below before they may start dribbling
