    This book explains Keto and how to eat. Lost 9 lbs the first week which was motivating. Lots of tips and could have suggested keto pills and brain oil, which help a lot. Lots of helpful information, can't wait to get cooking. Lots of things and suggestions to make the kept journey successful.

    Everything I was looking for and more! This breaks down ingredients I didn't even realize had so much sugar. Very recipe has a good, great, or excellent scale. There isn't a picture for every recipe, but there is picture. I like that it has new foods I can try and even substitute ingredients for some dishes.

    I had absolutely know knowledge of how to begin the keto diet. This book gave a great step by step how to. Keto is actually easy to adapt. Great book written in laymen’s terms. No doctor speak and you can really understand what they are saying. Good buy if you are new to keto.

    The recipes are easy to follow and perfect for the Keto diet plan. There are many delicious recipes for morning smoothies and deserts. I hate buying cookbooks with just a few recipes that I end up liking. This one was the best so far as having the most and best tasting dishes! I love that there wasn’t a ton of ingredients and all nutritional info followed each recipe. Loved the meal plans and how easy it was to follow! Highly recommend this to anyone!
