About this ebook

The Teaching
Oslo, June 14, 2003
When choosing the information presented in THE GREAT BOOK OF THE TEACHING, I have been like a florist who goes into a beautiful flower-garden to pick the best flowers for a very special bouquet with the biggest, most beautiful, best smelling, and most colorful flowers.

Using the term “TEACHING” for this instruction rather than any philosophical or religious denomination is an intentional and conscious choice. It makes it reachable to anybody who is free, whether they belong to any organization, group of study, or religion.

Using the term TEACHING for this instruction rather than any philosophical or religious denomination is an intentional and conscious choice. It makes it reachable to anybody who is free, whether they belong to any organization, group of study, or religion.

When something is the truth, it must belong to everybody equally, and it cannot be a selfish property of a specific philosophical or religious group.

This text does not intend to be a revolution in anybody’s life, rather it is a reorganization and clarification of many Truths that must be known and put into practice in order to eliminate suffering and to be a little happier. I hope that this writing will help us more and more to find out newer approaches on how to live, perfecting the way we relate with other human beings. This way, we can achieve our main goal of living in an organized way projecting this way to whom we facilitate the teaching.

Freedom from suffering and Enlightenment come when the individual firmly decides to put his life in ORDER and lives in accordance with the Seven Universal Principles, develops the Seven Aspects of God and knows himself through the study of the Seven Bodies, with an emphasis on the knowledge of the Self or I Am. All of this along with the practice of the Noble Eightfold Path. Everything in this study is presented in a practical way, so it can be understood and practiced by everybody.

This Teaching is a School without location, a church without a temple and a religion whose only belief is the TRUTH. To really do what this teaching is about and not to deviate from its goals and distract oneself on something else, we suggest:

A- It is highly convenient not to belong to any sect or spiritual organization in order to avoid division from the rest of mankind, to avoid having to defend a group and proselytism. Let’s only try to put this teaching into practice.

B- It is very wise to firmly refuse to belong, found or run a school or a spiritual organization that may be one more division in the world. It is beneficial to commit ourselves to become one with all mankind, without differentiating ourselves from them with insigns, uniforms, shields, flags, or racial, social, political, regional, sexual or nationalist reasons.

C- Identifying ourselves with any school of thought, religion or spiritual group will cause fragmentation; and every fragmentation is lack of affection, unity and compassionate love. While we are fragmented, separated from any group, school, religion, instructor or guru, we cannot really live in love. In that state, when we talk or write about love and spirituality, we do it from an idealistic part of our lower mental body where we have created that archetype of fake spirituality as an ideal, but it is not the reality of our life.

D- Not following or representing any founder or director of a spiritual group brings about great protection, for we do not have to defend or attack anybody.

E- Our only concern should be to put the Teaching into practice, and to communicate it to those who ask for it – only if they ask for it-, never charging for it and not refusing to give it to anybody, whether we like the recipients or not.

F- When we start a job or any new activity, either we learn how to do it or we get trained for it. It depends on such learning or training process whether we will do it well or not. If we are well prepared, we know what we are doing and we will do it perfectly well. But if we do not know what we are doing –for ignorance- everything will go wrong. We all get prepared to live in a society, to have a profession, and to do certain things. Contradictorily, what we all should be trained for and learn the most -the greatest profession- life, for that, we have not been trained. And for this reason many people’s lives are a failure.

G- This knowledge is for you to break the chains of imperfect human creations, to take command of your life and the world around you, and to generate a pleasant environment to live in.

    2. METAPHYSICS

Metaphysics is the science that studies everything that exists but cannot be seen or touched because it is beyond the physical; and this is what the word means. Metaphysics is the first one of all philosophies, religions, sciences and self-help organizations. Metaphysics has three basic areas of study: THE SELF, GOD and THE SCIENCE OF KNOWLEDGE. It is based on the KNOWLEDGE OF ONESELF.

Metaphysics provides an explanation about all those things you do not understand, things that cannot be explained by the material intellect and the physical senses. At all times, Metaphysics explains that the only thing God wants for us is good.

Metaphysics’ only purpose is to capacitate the students so they can resolve their daily life problems. It clearly shows how to live happily fulfilling the DIVINE PLAN OF PERFECTION and realizing the Seven Aspects of God, the Seven Universal Principles, the knowledge of the Invisible Bodies and the revelation of the hidden natural powers that we all have within us.

Metaphysics is the mother of all sciences and religions; that is why nobody really owns this teaching. It belongs to all of us, whether we are Christian, Theosophist, Esoteric, New Age or belong to any kind of religion. Because the Masters who revealed this teaching did not provide exclusive ownership to anybody. The term Metaphysics is a generic name, free of use, since it was created by Andronicus of Rhodes (70 BC) in the first century before Christ, as a title for some chapters
