A VERY MINI TRUCK

The term 'Minitruck' must be taken fairly loosely when applied to this Bond, as the stowage area is fairly small. In fact it’s just behind the front seats, and to all intents and purposes the Bond looks like its Minicar counterpart. Indeed, the MkC was later fitted with rear seats to make a four seater – at a push! Access to the stowage area is via a roll down flap of the soft top at the rear. There’s only one door, found on the nearside. 'That’s so you don’t open it, get out into the traffic stream and get killed,' says owner Derek, tongue in cheek!
