About this ebook
Four years ago, two young super-psychics, a brother and sister, were kidnapped on their way home from school and have been held prisoner ever since by a government secret agency. Denied contact with each other, the pair have been forced to use their psychic abilities to further the agency's evil aims.
Now one of them, the brother, has escaped and finds himself on a railway bridge in an unknown town on a summer evening. He has no memory except of what appears to be a past life in a hot land. He feels however that he's in great danger - he is running away from unknown enemies whom he knows mean him harm. His only knowledge is that of his first name: David.
Lost, bewildered, David is befriended by two journalists who specialise in the offbeat and bizarre. And they soon realise that no story has ever been more bizarre than that of David.
Their search for enlightenment and ultimate justice takes them from the heaths of Suffolk to the bustling metropolis of London and the Highlands of Scotland.
This sci-fi horror tale is the latest by award-winning writer Carl Hughes, who like the journalists in his tale also specialises in the offbeat and bizarre.
