    Healthy: But Not Complex

    Let us get started with your fitness, wellness, and potential greatness! For caution: not every exercise plan, diet nor herbal remedy is for everyone. Please consult your doctor before pursing this journal health regiments.

    I grew up eating simple but healthy foods. I worked in my parents' garden and helped my grandmothers with cooking. Some of my more exciting foods during childhood were fresh fruits and vegetables, fish, some meats and grains. One of my grandmothers coed Southern foods, such as fried chicken, mash potatoes and gravy, and a pie. The other grandmother cooked southern foods too but produced lighter meals. As a child, I was a picky eater. This drove my father crazy. But now, I do love to eat most foods. As you get older, eating habits can change due to staying busy with work or family. Eating habits can also change because of not getting enough rest and stress. You may sometimes have time to exercise several days a week, or not at all. Myself, I do not like to diet. I try to eat small portions and gradually take away bad foods. The complex part comes into play when your health demands that you eat better or become a full-time patient for your doctor.

    Benefits of staying healthy and fit.

    I have discovered over the years that if I exercise so many days a week and eat healthier: the skin, hair, teeth, nails, vision, and energy are balanced. A person can also benefit from healthy living by having a more stabled blood pressure, better circulation, sleep better, and have a more positive mind. A beginner needs to start slow; it does not take a lot of overstraining the
