“We are how we eat, move, sleep and think. This is cent percent true. How we live our day defines how our health is going to be in the coming months or weeks. You eat junk, your body will reflect that kind of poor nutrition in terms of acidity, inflammation, gut issues, weight gain, etc. You think toxic thoughts; your body will manifest those into toxic behaviours and poor health. This is exactly what every disease has its connections with – certain emotions of anger, guilt, fear, resentment.”

You are a great proponent of intermittent fasting. How does that really work and is it recommended for everyone?

“Intermittent fasting is a lifestyle diet. Actually, it’s not even a diet, it’s a way of living that has existed ever since life existed on this planet. In earlier times, people ate early because after that there was hardly any light. We didn’t even have electricity at the point, so automatically after dinner the next meal was eaten the next day, probably mid-afternoon because once again people had to go out hunting for food. So, the body automatically fasted from sunset to sunrise. It was the way of living for humans back then.
