Now is not a time for panic—it is a time to become informed so you can then begin to plan accordingly to help the world defeat the virus that is currently spreading like wildfire across the globe.
Within this book, you will be introduced to the essential information that you will need to know to understand this virus. You will learn to recognize what viruses are, how they work, and how this particular virus is able to cause so much damage.
You will learn about the disease that this virus causes, known as COVID-19. You will learn all pertinent risk factors and complication rates to understand what the ramifications are of getting this virus, and how you can begin to prevent contracting it. Finally, you will take some time to understand how to prepare for the virus—in preparing for it; you will then be able to ensure that you are able to ride the storm if your area happens to go under quarantine.
Remember, panicking is not going to help anyone. This is a time to be concerned—but not a time to panic. Reading this book, you will get the information that you need to ensure that you are as prepared as you can be given the circumstances.
