    I first got to hear of the Sirtfood Diet back in January 2020, and it's fascinated me ever since. This is a diet that is celebrated as the latest 5:2 and has quite a number of celebrities promoting it. The Sirtfood Diet is not just about weight loss (although that should happen!), but also about improving overall health and well-being, lifespan, and resistance to disease.

    And I vowed that the only sensible thing to do for a foodie like me was to give it a thorough trial and see if the diet is as good as it purports to be.
