“I really didn’t know I was pregnant!”

MELISSA’S SON MATTHEW was born on 11 September 2017 in her bathroom. The doctors and nurses told the shocked parents that based on his height and weight, his gestation was around 39 weeks, so he was basically full term. And, they had no idea she was pregnant!

Melissa, 33, her husband Daniel, and their four-year-old daughter, Rebecca, live in Glen Anil, KwaZulu-Natal. Daniel owns a DStv installation company, and the couple both work from home.
