My passion for writing can be traced back to my University days where I read Economics and Southeast Asia Studies as my subjects major. From then till now, food and travelling are my favourite activities or hobbies and I love to travel around the World to savor the different delicious and unique delicacies as well as experience the cultural and lifestyle of different races in different countries.Throughout the past 20 years, I travelled extensively throughout Asia Pacific and learned the art of different cooking styles and methods of different races and ethnicities while immersing in their daily food, cultures and lifestyles. Just to name a few memorable experiences is the Khmer culture in Cambodia and the Vietnamese culture in in Indochina. While most people associated “phở” as the popularly known Vietnamese dish, it is actually the “Huế” food that symbolize the authentic Vietnamese food culture for thousands of years before the French colonization in year 1887.I’m now a full time writer and this is the best time of my life to share my rich and extensive experience in this part of the World where I lived in with everyone. If for reasons you are unable to come to this part of the World, do not worry, I’ll be publishing series of cookbook, travelogues and lifestyle books that will bring out the best of this region to your kitchen and living room.My cookbooks are published in all major ebook platforms. I hope to get everyone support to give me a good review. I’m humbled and sincerely appreciative of the support given by everyone.

    Conclusion

    Introduction

When I was a teenager, I remembered a scene that flashed my mind. Those were my high school days where we were encouraged to take on different activities during vacation and learn skills that are not part of our academic curriculum. I remember back then I took on home economics which teaches cooking. My teacher said we need to make an individual project of 50 recipes that needed to be unique and healthy for everyone and we had to choose one of those recipes that should cook and present to the whole class.

I came home thinking of what I could do for my project to make it different from my classmates. As I entered our home, I saw my aunt who seemed to be having a hard time feeding my cousin her prepared food. I have heard her tell her son you have to eat it because it is healthy, and I cooked it for a long time for you.

At the scene of my aunt and cousin, I thought that maybe my cousin didn’t eat the food that my aunt had prepared because he didn’t like the taste of the food, and so maybe my aunt was upset that she had been preparing it for so long and eventually my cousin wouldn’t eat. It was also at this moment that triggers a thought within me that what if I could come up with 50 to 60 recipes of healthy and nutritious dishes yet tasty and make people crave for more just like my project back then. This will definitely be good news for many people when I translate it into an eBook that can be used by anyone around the world.

Many of us as parents nowadays want to give our family dishes that are more nutritious than those we eat at fast-food chains and in restaurants. As most of us today are working parents, being busy at work, I know it is always our desire as a parent to be able to prepare meals that are tasty, nutritious and above all fast, simple and easy.

Wouldn’t it be better if we can eat a delicious meal that is healthy and fast cook? In this eBook, we provide you with fast, simple and easy cooking but yet healthy and nutritious food that can be served you and your family.

    This Easy Cook.
