Dinner: Mushroom and Lentil Stroganoff. SEE RECIPE
SATURDAY
Breakfast: Matcha Soaked Oats with Greek Yogurt. Mix 150g Greek yogurt, 40g oats, ½tsp matcha tea powder, ½ a grated apple, zest from ¼ lemon, 100ml rice milk. Leave for 2 hours, or overnight. Serve topped with ½ a grated apple.
Sardine Tomato Toast. Mix ¼ red, chopped onion, 1 tbsp capers and 1tbsp organic apple cider vinegar (with mother)
