    BURRATA WITH EXOTIC TOMATOES, BASIL AND ANCHOVIES

    This is really easy to prepare, which means less time in the kitchen and more for romance!

    Serves 2 EASY 15 mins

    WHAT YOU NEED

    2 x burrata balls
    300g exotic baby tomatoes, halved
    6 – 8 anchovy fillets few sprigs fresh basil
    salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    HOW TO DO IT

    1 Place one ball of burrata on each
