Spring recipes from Soul Food Organic

Spring is sometimes called the ‘hungry gap’ because newly planted vegetables are too small to harvest yet, and summer fruit isn’t ready either. Congratulations to Paul O’Hara and the team at Soul Food for being in business for 20 years!
