Seafood Pancakes
Prawns combine a good serving of protein with a modest kilojoule and fat content – ideal for building lean muscle.
◆ 25g wholewheat flour
◆ 50g white flour
◆ 2/3 cup water
◆ 2 tbs doenjang (Korean soybean paste) or red miso
◆ 75g green prawns, chopped into 2cm pieces
◆ 1 spring onion, sliced lengthways, cut into 5cm pieces, plus extra to serve
◆ 40g cabbage kimchi, chopped into 2cm pieces
◆ 1 tbs olive oil
