Is your job MENOPAUSE FRIENDLY?

1 in 4 The amount of women who have considered leaving the workplace because of menopause, according to the 2016 Wellbeing of Women Study.

Latest figures from the Office of National Statistics show that the over-50s are one of the fastest-growing demographics in the workplace, accounting for more than half the annual increase in employment. This means that more women of menopausal age form part of the workforce. For too long, however, many women, either through embarrassment or fear for their job, wouldn’t dream of talking about menopause to their employers. So, they suffered in silence. But, not any more.
