KING OF THE ALPS THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS
The seventh edition of the King of the Alps went off with record participation, amazing performances, and some serious fun. With nearly 200 racers, King of the Alps has now established itself as Europe's largest extreme event, and for a good reason. With a format that can suit both intermediate paddlers and pros alike, the inclusive event will continue to grow and will soon be on everyone’s calendar.

The Passirio Valley, located in South Tyrol on the border of Italy and Austria, has hosted international competition since the sixties. Several downriver and slalom worlds have been held here over the years, and the valley remains one of Europe’s most iconic racing destinations for whitewater kayakers today.
