    7 balls 50gm Patons Classic Bluebell 5ply col 4325

    Needles

    3.25mm knitting needles

    3.75mm double-pointed knitting needles

    cable needle

    wool sewing needle

    Tension

    26 sts by 35 rows to 10cm over stocking st, using 3.75mm needles.

    Special abbreviations

    Inc A = (K1, P1, K1, P1) all in next st.

    Dec A = P4tog.

    C8F = Slip next 4 sts onto cable needle and leave at front of work, K4, then K4 from cable needle.

    C8B = Slip next 4 sts onto cable needle and leave at back of work, K4, then K4 from cable needle.

    C6F = Slip next 3 sts onto cable needle and leave at front of work, K3, then K3 from cable needle.

    C6B = Slip next 3 sts onto cable needle and leave at back of work, K3, then K3 from cable needle.

    C4F = Slip next 2 sts onto cable needle and leave at front of work, K2, then K2 from cable needle.
