    “From Chap to Champion” is a sequel to an earlier book titled “The Legendary Warrior Mindset”. Both of them have a common central theme - “Greatness is something achievable and it begins from the mind”. The book title has also been tied to the subtitle “In the build up to greatness”, to essentially paint a complete picture of the kind of possibilities that abound to that every-day regular person, who could go from being just another chap to becoming the best in the same field. In similar fashion to the “The Legendary Warrior Mindset” , each of the pieces in this book has been put up as a post on the weblog “Motivational Thoughts and Insights” at different times, spanning a period of one year. More importantly, please note that each of them has been drawn from various inspirational sessions which occurred while observing every day issues and subjecting them to a process of critical analysis. Useful inferences drawn from the latter process have been combined to make the final product - now being presented to you in the form of a book.
    It is expected that as you read, you would do so with an open mind, believing that your mind could produce as much efficiency as you desire, especially if it has been adequately developed over time. Greatness begins from the mind, and the journey from being the chap to becoming the champion is the process referred to as the build-up. What happens during this span can go a long way to influence the eventual outcome.
    As you read “From Chap to Champion”, please do so with the understanding that the real essence is to motivate and inspire you, all in a bid to get you to do more with your mind. Constantly believe that greatness is achievable, if you never stop working towards it. In sum, it is only fitting to wrap up this introduction with the favorite slogan from the blog - “You will be inspired!”
