    This book helps us to understand two vital truths. First, how our beliefs could either trigger or eclipse, the tremendous power of the human brain. Second, how our beliefs influence the invisible creative force of nature, to either work for, or against us. There is no more valid statement than the phrase, ‘’All things are possible to him that can believe’’. Believing is an art, governed by specific fundamental principles. Understanding these principles will make us more successful at realising our dreams.
    The driving force behind all great achievements is faith. One of the most potent forces on earth is the power of belief; you can change anything by changing your beliefs. Believing the unseen does not come naturally to us; it is something we develop. Misuse of imagination is the reason, many people have given up on their dreams during setbacks, delays, and trials. A lot of folks do not understand the truth, ‘’whatever you imagine can become a reality’’.
    There are at least five takeaways from this book. 1) Understanding the powerful tool for turning dreams into realities. 2) The connection between choices and events. 3) How to remain calm and victorious amidst life’s storms and pressures. 4) Clear understanding of the spiritual laws governing success, abundance, and happiness. 5) How to relate well with people and revitalize bad relationships.
    The title of Chapter One of the book is, “Believe in your Dreams." In this chapter, we show the reasons why many people are not achieving their dreams. The author has divided the chapter into six subtopics. They are: Potential and Work; Survival Mode; Failure Comes Before Success; The River of Life; Wrong Perceptions; Responsibility and Success. The title of Chapter two is, ‘’The Nature and Power of Beliefs’’. This chapter consists sixteen subtopics, clearly showing the forceful nature of beliefs. They are: Seeing is Believing; Beliefs and Actions; Beliefs and Attitudes; Beliefs and Decisions; Beliefs and Behaviours; Beliefs and the Brain. Others are, Belief is Energy in Motion; Beliefs and Neuroplasticity; Beliefs and Consistency; Beliefs and Passion; Beliefs and Focus; Beliefs and Values. The last five are, Beliefs and Happiness; Beliefs and Identity; Beliefs and Creativity; Beliefs and the law of Attraction.
    The title of Chapter Three is, "How Beliefs Are Formed." This chapter has six subtopics. They are: Believing is a Choice; How Beliefs Start; The Power of References; Strengthening Beliefs; Believing is Work; Beliefs and Doubt. In this chapter, the author demystifies the concept of Belief. He presents the tools needed to elevate a simple idea to the status of Belief. The title of Chapter Four is "How Beliefs Can Be Changed.” It has five subtopics. They are: Know what you Believe; Beliefs and Circumstances; The Power of Acceptance; Questioning Beliefs; Beliefs and Perspective. This chapter teaches us, how to change any kind of belief, and the tools needed. When you realize a belief is disempowering, then it is time to change it. In this chapter, we learn how to be in control of our lives by choosing what we believe. The title of Chapter five is "Setting Up the Right Belief System." It has six subtopics. They are: Choosing what to Believe; Beliefs and Rules; Faith and Hope; The Wisdom of Believing; Beliefs and Success; Beliefs and the Tongue. There are beliefs to avoid like a plague, and ones to adopt for the realisation of dreams. At the end of each main section are chapter principles, which are a summary of memorable quotes.

    Reverend Efe Uwuseba, is a trained Scientist with degrees in Industrial and Analytical Chemistry from the Universities of Benin and Ibadan in Nigeria, West Africa. After his Postgraduate studies, he worked for several years as a quality control chemist in a textile manufacturing company, then as a university lecturer, and later went into business as an industrial detergent manufacturer.He ended his secular work as a management consultant before stepping into the ministry on a full-time basis. He has been in the ministry for over twenty-five years. He is a gifted prophetic teacher with deep insight into the word of the Lord. He is currently the Senior Pastor of RhemaWord Living Ministry based in Abuja, Nigeria, West Africa. As a hobby, he practices journalism and is the publisher of Spirit & Life, a Christian faith-building magazine. He loves researching contemporary issues. He is married to Bunmi Uwuseba and they are blessed with three children Joshua, Abigail, and Daveena.
