Traditional Italian Desserts

Gluten-Free Tiramisu Cupcakes

Ingredients
• Gluten Free yellow cake mix: 2 boxes
• Butter, softened: 1 cup
• Water: 1 1/3 cups
• Gluten-free vanilla: 4 teaspoons
• Eggs: 6
• Whipping cream: 2 cups
• Gluten-free mascarpone cheese: 1 container (8 oz)
• Coffee-flavored liqueur: 3 tablespoons
• Cold brewed coffee: 1 tablespoon
• Powdered sugar: 1 cup
• Coffee-flavored liqueur: ¼ cup
• Unsweetened baking cocoa: 1/8 teaspoon
• Dark chocolate shavings: ¼ cup
Directions
Heat your oven at 350 F. Place baking cup in muffin tins.
Take a bowl and mix cake mixes, vanilla, butter, water and eggs for 30 sec on slow speed and then for 2 minutes on medium speed.
Divide this mixture into muffin cups. Bake for 25 minutes. Then make them cool.
Take a bowl and beat cream with full speed. Add mascarpone cheese, liqueur, cold brewed coffee and sugar. Beat well till it becomes thick enough to go in
