Carol Adams
Carol Adams, born 1958 near London, UK. She has lived and worked in Denmark for the last 30 years as artist/teacher and project leader. As a self-taught artist she mainly painted with acrylic and silk painting. In 1999 she began to study the technique of icon writing/painting with Father Gregorius, a monk and iconographer from Mount Athos, Greece. After some years of painting Byzantine icons she began in 2012 to apply these painting skills to Buddhist sacred art. Carol describes this art expression as her meditation and practice of inner stillness.
