Summary
Relationship management helps organizations and business to maintain a certain level of engagement with its audience and it can happen between two businesses or a business and its customers. This relationship that is maintained with the partners and customers is more than transactional and it helps in building the brand loyalty for the specific business. Mostly relationship building happens on the customer level but when there are partners and clients establishing relationship with them is significant as well.
