Breaking Bad Habits - Michael Leppan
Introduction
The fact is that we as human beings practically slaves to our habits both positive and negative. Whether we like it or not, day by day, we will go make that cup of coffee when we wake up or take that cold morning shower (if you are a weirdo).

Some take their failure and use it to motivate them through the year and they become successful, while other just wait for the next New Year to try again. After a few years setting New Year resolution ends up more disappointing than
