Introduction
Are you happy with yourself? Do you think that you are productive, well organized, disciplined and successful? If the answer is no,
then this is the right book for you.
There are many reasons why the answer can be no.
Maybe you have been sad lately. Maybe you felt like everything has been going downhill for you and the ground underneath you is crashing without you having any ability or opportunity to stop it.
Did you ask yourself why it might be like that? Maybe you have been disappointed, experienced something that made you a different person, maybe your big project failed and now you do not feel confident anymore.
Maybe you have failed every single exam or were turned down on every job interview. There are millions of reasons why the answer could be no.
Perhaps, you never had any work habits and your parents organized everything for you. That is why you may have never worried about setting goals and putting food on the table.
But now, you perhaps live in some other city, alone and feel like you are incapable of doing anything right.
On the other hand, you could have been doing everything right for a while and something bad happened and then started to easily give up.
Or, you simply never knew how to express yourself and your abilities and show them to the world.
Now, you’re sitting on the couch looking through the window and thinking about your life. All self-discipline that you ever had is lost, your days have become too long and you cannot wait to go to bed at night.
You may know your goals and know what you want in life, but somehow you have lost your map to it.
Sadly, you have probably also stopped believing that you can do something the right way and that procrastination is the only thing that you are great at.
Completely lost, misguided, and helpless you are thinking that you are incapable of doing anything right in the whole wide world.
Sometimes, it seems that you are just wandering around the house, eating, sleeping and feeling constantly guilty and worried.
You are perhaps trying to fill your day with something that will prevent you from thinking about the plans that you should achieve daily.
Your peers, family members and everyone around you seem to be doing just fine with their plans and you cannot follow that protocol.
What is so hard about getting up early in the morning and starting your day with the idea of getting something done today?
Some of them say that they never ever struggle with their own choices and plans and you somehow do. You might even think that you are less capable of doing it, that everybody is smarter that you.
What is your purpose? What is the true meaning of your life? You do not know it—or at least you do not know anymore.
You need to decide today what you want to do with your life and to do every single thing in the world that you can to achieve that goal of yours. There are going to be many obstacles on your way, misleading ways and people that will tell you that you are not capable of doing something.
There will be days when you will doubt your decisions and ideas, when every other voice will be louder that your own.
Find your voice to change things and let yourself be the one who decides when to start changing.
If you want to be better, then be better. Be the best version of you any day. You do not need to wait for the perfect sunny weekend to try to change something about yourself and your life.
It can be a rainy, foggy afternoon, when you come back home from work tired and fed up with the world.
If your goal is to lose weight, don’t just grab that comfy blanket of yours and watch a new episode of your favorite series.
Instead of making constant excuses, try to make your life incredible. Have an excuse to make your life amazing!
This book will provide you with information on how to become self-disciplined, and motivated by changing your daily routine for the better.
It will also provide information on how important self-assessment is, how to implement the good routines and get rid of the bad ones, changing yourself to be better every day, to be a consistent and disciplined person that knows what he/she wants.
Before you hear about the rest of the content of this book, let’s make clear that everybody has the same amount of time to achieve their goals. Your day lasts as long as anybody else’s.
It only lasts for twenty four hours and what you do in those hours are completely up to you. You can watch TV, scroll on your phone, post photos on social media,
