Right from creation, mankind was created in perfect health condition without any blemish, but in the course of time due to many factors man began to lose that perfect state to various diseases and sickness, but along with creation also was created fruits, vegetables and different herbs and roots that can be used for the remedy or even cure of such sickness and disease condition in man.
But without the right knowledge and application of such knowledge on what type of fruit, vegetables and natural materials to use and the correct application of such man will continue to wallow in pains and uncomfortable living with many untimely death resulting due to pure ignorance.

Vegetables are nature's vitamins which our body systems required on a regular basis to continue functioning at it maximum capacity. Change of diet create a corresponding action in our body. Our life style we live like food we eat and the type of liquid we consumed into our body will result in how our body functions. Vegetables and fruits have abundance of enzyme.
Foods we eat are of two categories. We have alkaline-based foods and acidic based food. When we eat raw fruits and raw vegetables, they leave an alkaline normal range, while when we eat animal products; we are left with an acid residue which is dangerous to the body. The body is designed to run well in an alkaline free environment, for a healthy life.
Built right inside each of us is a self-healing mechanism called the Immune System, the major problem is that we violate the natural laws and don't consume the right foods designed for a healthy life.
MOTHERHOOD
The journey of motherhood is complicated in nature from pregnancy induced hypertension, placental abruption and intra uterine growth retardation, undue labor and bed rest premature babies, still birth etc. Especially when there seem to be no known cause or cure to any of these common complications. But is that really the truth?

Medical research has shown that there are several ways that above mentioned challenges can be avoided.
expectant mothers are advised to eat a balanced diet of proper nutrition during pregnancy which will give babies needed nutrients for growth from nerves, muscles, bones, brain and blood stream. Babies in the mother’s womb are fed by placenta circulation which gets nutrients from the mother’s blood stream through what she eats.
HERE ARE SEVEN TYPES OF NUTRITIOUS FOODS FOR GOOD HEALTH AND BALANCE DIETING.
1. FRUITS AND VEGETABLES: Eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables during your pregnancy, make out time to prepare homemade blended juice instead of buying ready-made up ones from groceries shop or supermarket.
2. WATER: At least 7 glasses of water or more should be consumed daily to help your body fight infection and metabolize other nutrients in your body for optimal health.
3. EAT WHOLE GRAINS: Like brown rice, whole wheat flour which contains 1/3 more nutrients than their processed or enriched
counterparts.
4. THE USE OF SODIUM SALT' During pregnancy it will reduce excessive swelling or increased blood pressure. Lack of sodium will actually worsen these symptoms.
Your taste buds are uniquely designed to tell how much sodium you need. Our body is naturally able to regulate how much sodium stays and how much is discharged out of the body system.
5. MILK AND EGG: regular consumption of 3 glass of milk and 3 eggs daily is the recommended nutitrition that should form the basis of your pregnancy requirement of 50% protein needed for baby in the womb. Essential nutrients for growth are vegetable, various nuts, and soya beans consumption should also help to enrich your blood with protein.
6. PROTEIN: Pregnant women are advised to eat 80-100g of high quality protein every day. Protein forms the foundation of every cell of baby's body. These can be lean meat or vegetarian combinations.
7. CALORIES: Take in at least 2,300 calories every day, to prevent your body from burning the protein you eat for energy. Use real butter on your bread-it's a natural and concentrated source of fat your body can use.
