About this ebook
Do you consider yourself an introvert?
Do you have an inner-critic whispering all the time?
Then keep on reading.
Do you compare yourself with others? Do you say to yourself: ´Damn, they are lucky and more successful. They have what I want. I can´t do that or will never get what they have because ... ´
You are talking yourself down all the time. No wonder you don´t feel good.
You might think that it´s the way you´re born. It´s in your genes. Or it´s caused by the way it was raised. And you convinced yourself that there is nothing you can do to change yourself.
But did you know that a lot of famous and successful men were once shy and insecure? Men like Mark Zuckenberg, Johnny Depp, Steven Spielberg used to be insecure. But they solved it. You can do the same with the right set of tools.
Here´s just a tiny fraction of what you´ll discover:
- What can you learn, from the famous seventies movie Rocky, regarding your confidence? (page 2)
- The 6 advantages of setting goals in your journey to confidence (page 33 - 35)
- 5 reasons why people, especially women, like confident men (Page 5)
- How to decrease your self-doubt (page 4)
- 4 Very effective tools to consistently change your thinking patterns and improve your confidence (chapter 6)
- What sacrifices Stephen King was willing to make before his breakthrough (page 7)
- An in-depth Q&A so you get a good sense of your current level of Confidence (Chapter 2)
- The first most important step to start within your journey to increase your confidence (page 18)
- How to update your mindset to get further in work and life in general (page 19)
- What you can learn from Thomas Edison, but more importantly how this relates to your success and happiness (page 21)
- Find out what is important for you in your life ( page 29 - 32)
- The No. 1 thing confident people avoid and 6 tips on how to do it (page 51 and further)
And much, much more.
Maybe you have read other books about confidence. The books were good and you learned a lot about confidence. But it didn´t cause real changes in your thoughts, your behavior or in your life for which you were hoping for. No longterm results.
And needless to say, everybody is different. The road from insecurity to confidence differs per man.
That´s why the Self-Exploratory part is designed to give you insight into your problems. With these insights, you can design your personal road to confidence. The methods and techniques are defined to reprogram your thinking patterns and behavior. If you follow the step-by-step instructions the changes will last and you will become the best version of yourself.
You have doubted enough. It´s time to aim for lasting results.

Chapter 1: Introduction – Understanding Confidence
Confidence is the measure of your belief in your own strengths and the identification and acceptance of your weaknesses. A confident man is one who knows the real value of his capabilities and uses them with pride and humbly accepts his drawbacks without being overwhelmed. He feels secure in this knowledge and does not allow his sense of confidence-backed pride to turn to arrogance. A confident man, therefore:
Has a healthy level of self-worth
Has a powerful sense of certainty and self-assuredness about his own abilities
Has faith and trust in himself, and in others
Is ever-ready to adapt to changing situations
Is always optimistic and has a clearly-defined set of goals
Is self-aware and feels motivated to work towards his goals
‘A confident man is not one who is always right, but, one who is not afraid of being wrong,’ is one of the aptest quotes to define confidence.
Another way to understand confidence is by relating it to low self-esteem and arrogance. Confidence comes from knowing and appreciating your strengths and their real value. Contrarily, arrogance comes because you think you are more valuable than you really are, and low self-esteem comes because you think you are less valuable than you really are.
Confidence is not always about winning. Do you remember the movie, Rocky? Does the protagonist, Rocky
