INTRODUCTION
Stress and anxiety are unavoidable in most people’s everyday lives. These two emotional health issues are typically caused by everyday life conditions and situations commonly leaving us tense, irritable, overwhelmed and sometimes completely burned-out.
There are techniques and other tools you can use to help you maintain your emotional balance and your responses during stressful situations.
By tapping into your own body and soul’s awareness, you will be able to cope with stressful situations without frustration and without self-criticism. This technique is part of embracing mindfulness.
In fact, MBSR or mindfulness-based stress and anxiety reduction techniques are extremely effective not only with stress reduction, but also with a variety of different medical conditions such as chronic pain, depression, panic disorders and others.
Mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques will help you replace your stress-inducing habits with those mindful ones. Once embraced, they help people relieve their stress symptoms and enable them to start living a more productive, healthier lifestyle without being overwhelmed about stress and anxiety.
In today’s modern times, stress is so prevalent in all walks of life. , It is literally impossible for us to completely avoid stressful situations. However, we can and should change our way of dealing with them.
