- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5If I could give this negative stars, I would. I understand the fact that us women have to protect ourselves, seeing as I am one. But writing a book like this is kind of pointing the blame at us. Like we provoked it or we should haven't gotten ourselves in that situation. Yet., we can't help it and honestly, if someone wants to be COMPLETELY drunk, they should be able to without it backfiring on them. Being drunk or wearing less clothes or not being extremely assertive does not give ANYONE the right to put their hands on anyone without their consent, their enthusiastic, clear-headed, non-coerced consent. Women should not have to do even more just to not be harassed and RAPED. men should control themselves and learn. We already are scared enough and we did nothing wrong so honestly. Men take accountability and as much as you try to prepare someone for something like that happening to them, you never know when it's going to happen and honestly, you won't know how you'll respond until you're in that situation and it's hard because it is very traumatic and Men are a lot bigger than us. So yeah. This book is ridiculous. Sorry.

Introduction
A worldwide phenomenon reared its ugly head in October 2017. With allegations of sexual misconduct against Harvey Weinstein and an increasing list of others, women took to social media with the phrase #MeToo.
Civil rights activist Tarana Burke had created the movement all the way back in 2006 to raise awareness of sexual abuse. When actress Alyssa Milano urged women to tweet the phrase to bring attention to the continuing scope of the problem, an outpouring of more than one million tweets followed. Facebook saw a similar groundswell. Many of these came from celebrities, but harassment, abuse, and violence occur in all types of workplace.
The #MeToo allegations also involve scenarios where women were the aggressor, but since the majority of reported incidents have been the reverse, that is what this book will address.
Until now, male harassers typically have not been punished for these behaviors, and many women stayed silent about sexual harassment or assault because they feared negative consequences for speaking up or were too embarrassed to do so. Companies are now vowing to mend their
