INTRODUCTION TO BRAIN TRAINING
We all know about the advantages of training. To improve yourself at anything we have to train. There's weightlifting, basketball training, football training, netball training, hockey training, cross training - training for whatever you want.
At some point in time, we all have trained in something. Many of us jog, lift weights, carry out aerobic workouts, walk and do all sorts of things to train the muscles of the body to be bigger, stronger, fitter and more capable for a picked sport or pursuit.
All of us know something about the value of exercising our bodies. However, which of us train our brains? Let me begin by mentioning that your mind manifests what comes to pass in your life. In other words - we are what we dwell on the majority of the time. You have most likely heard such well-known sayings as: As a man thinketh, so is he.
So, back to the topic at hand - how do you get exercise for your brain? You can't take a tablet to make yourself instantly smarter. There is no magic pill for it, unfortunately. But there are definitely things you can do. And I will guide you along in this book.
First, understand this - your brain is the most powerful muscle in your body. Sadly, for many us, it is also the most ignored muscle in the body.
